Important Information about your External Lease Application

Step 1

To minimise delays, start to gather required documents:

1. Copy of your Comprehensive Insurance
2. Your most recent Payslip
3. Front and Back copies of your Driver's license.
4. Copy of the original Tax Invoice
5. The Lease Schedule
6. The New Novation Agreement - ***Ensure your Employer details are included***

Step 2

  Ensure details entered on the form match exactly what is on your ID.

Step 3

Fuel Card? Download the Application Form, complete, sign including the Direct Debit Request then upload with license copy in the Driver's License Section.

**Your Fuel Card cannot be ordered until we receive the completed form.**

Step 4

  Save & Exit the form if you cannot upload all of the documents required or Submit.

Step 5

  Login to your application (details will emailed), to upload your documents later.
