Q: When will I receive back any unspent money from my salary package for the last FBT Year?

A: We recognise that getting any unspent money to you ASAP is a priority. However, there are a few steps we need to complete before this can happen:

• In the month of April, we do all the FBT compliance and reporting work that is required under the FBT Law;
• Once this has been done, we then are able to reconcile your salary package for the last FBT Year;
• In the month of May, any unspent funds will be released to you;

1. If you work for a Charity, these funds will go back to you via Payroll and be included in the next available pay date; and
2. If you work for a Corporate, School or Government Department, these funds will roll into your salary package for the new FBT Year and be available for spending or to claim back.

Q: When will payments for my Salary Package Benefits start for the new FBT year?

A: Your first payments will be made on or after your first Pay Date for this FBT Year.

Q: Do I need to sign or authorise anything to activate my salary package for the new FBT year?

A: No, we do not require any authorisation from you. All payments will automatically commence on or after your first Pay Date for this FBT Year.

Q: How can I change my salary package for the new FBT year?

A: You can change your salary package online account by clicking here:

• go to “Amend Package” (located on the left of your screen)
• Any changes to salary packages will be actioned from the next available pay period

Q: Do I need to submit an odometer reading for my Novated Lease?

A: No, with the new FBT Rules, you are not required to submit an odometer reading anymore.
